You need a sense of humour to work here at the Swan Inn. Someone once told Mark (the Boss) that he was funny and he's never let anyone forget it. He should be in the theatre, but has chosen instead to lead our boisterous team from his "stage" behind the bar.

Backed up by his Deputy Badger (Arran Rory! His mum obviously didn't have a sense of humour) and our chilled-out number 3, David (who really is that laid back); the management team are totally committed to giving you a great time with a smattering of fun thrown in for good measure.

Will, our amazing Head Chef has a great pedigree, he was Executive Head Chef at Latimer House before he joined us over 2 years ago. He loves our more relaxed way of doing things and is creating some fabulous, earthy food. His talented team deliver simple, stylish yet unfussy dishes, cooked with love.

Add to this, the crew out front; who do a stirling job of looking after our lovely customers and you'll understand why we get so many compliments about them. Young, but with a maturity beyond their years, they are keen as mustard when it comes to great service. They love the fact that they get to work in a great pub, which also happens to do fab food. Staff meals were never so good!
